🔁 Refund Policy – Mock to Officer

At Mock to Officer, we are committed to providing quality educational content to help you succeed in your government exam journey. Since our products are digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

🔹 1. Digital Products

All products sold on mocktoofficer.in — including mock tests, PDF study materials, online courses, and downloadable resources — are digital in nature. Due to the immediate access granted after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds on these products.

🔹 2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You were charged twice for the same product.

  • You are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our end and support was unable to resolve it within 72 hours.

  • The product description was significantly misleading or different from what was delivered.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.

🔹 4. No Refund in the Following Cases

  • You expected different questions/content than what was described

  • You no longer wish to use the service

🔹 5. Subscription Products

If you’ve purchased a monthly or yearly subscription, you may cancel anytime, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time after cancellation. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
