Ministry of Textiles prepares roadmap to triple textile/apparel exports from $40 billion to $100 billion by 2030 through doubling FTA shipments to 12%, targeting 10% share in top 40 countries’ imports at $55-60 billion, high-value GI products branding, and developing new export districts.

Government releases Draft National Electricity Policy projecting ₹50 trillion investment by 2032 and ₹200 trillion by 2047 for power sector viability through cost-reflective tariffs, distribution competition, 4,000 kWh per capita consumption target, and non-fossil capacity expansion.​
